Manage My Health Update
Manage My Health, a health portal, had a cybersecurity incident in late December.
We do not use Manage My Health, however, the breach accessed specific documents stored in the My Health Documents area of the platform for patients who have used MMH at any time.
The issue has been fully contained and fixed following an independent forensic review by international cybersecurity experts, and the system is safe to use.
If your information has been affected, Manage My Health will contact you directly.

Notice of Fee Increase
At Dunedin Health Centre, we have made a concerted effort to keep our fees as low as possible. However, due to the rising cost of running a general practice, as well as the lack of government funding, we have made the difficult decision to raise our fees.
From Monday, 23rd of June, our new fees for a standard 15-minute medical or ACC consultation are:
Youth (14-17) – $30*
Adult (18+) - $55*
Repeat Prescription (48 hours) - $20
Urgent Prescription (same day) - $30
*This change does not include standard consultations for patients who hold Community Service Cards, or children under 14 years.
To check if you are eligible for a community services card, you can ring 0800 999 999 or go to https://www.workandincome.govt.nz/products/a-z-benefits/community-services-card.html. We also have application forms at our Reception.
If you concerned about paying your account, please let one of our staff know, so that we can do our best to support you.

Well offers our patients a modern and easy way to connect with us. One of the many features means access right from your smartphone, with the official Well App!
Well has replaced ConnectMed as our patient portal, you can access the patient portal via your computer HERE, or by downloading the Well NZ App below.

Are you registered on our Patient Portal – Well?
Through the portal you can order scripts, check your test results once reported on, check your notes, immunisation record or your recalls.
Steps to creating an account:
1. Download ‘Well NZ’ on the App Store or Google Play buttons below, or via computer HERE
2. Select ‘Create Account’ and enter the invite code: DHDUNE
3. Enter your details (these must match what we hold on file)
You’re now done and ready to use the patient portal!
