Manage My Health Update
Manage My Health, a health portal, had a cybersecurity incident in late December.
We do not use Manage My Health, however, the breach accessed specific documents stored in the My Health Documents area of the platform for patients who have used MMH at any time.
The issue has been fully contained and fixed following an independent forensic review by international cybersecurity experts, and the system is safe to use.

Changes To Your Prescription Length
What’s Changing?
If you have a stable, long-term health condition, you may be able to receive a prescription lasting up to 12 months.
Your doctor will discuss this with you and decide whether a 12-month prescription is right for your health needs.
How Did It Work Before This Change?
Most prescriptions were currently issued up to 3 months
Oral contraceptives could be prescribed up to 6 months
What’s New?
Eligible patients may receive prescriptions for up to 12 months
Medicines are still collected every 3 months
All repeats must be collected from the same pharmacy
Why Is this changing?
To make it easier and more affordable to get the medicines you need

Your safety comes first: prescription length is based on your health
No extra cost: prescription co-payments are paid once per prescription
More convenient: fewer visits for repeat prescriptions

Are you registered on our Patient Portal – Well?
Through the portal you can order scripts, check your test results once reported on, check your notes, immunisation record or your recalls.
Steps to creating an account:
1. Download ‘Well NZ’ on the App Store or Google Play buttons below, or via computer HERE
2. Select ‘Create Account’ and enter the invite code: DHDUNE
3. Enter your details (these must match what we hold on file)
You’re now done and ready to use the patient portal!
