Terms of Trade

Payments must be made on the day of the appointment. If you have any questions regarding this please talk to the receptionist before your appointment.

• Cash

• Credit card

• Telephone banking

• On line banking 

• Automatic payment – please ask at reception if you would like set up regular payments against your account.

Accounts unpaid after seven days will incur an admin fee. If your account is not paid within 30 days, payment for any further treatment is required before the consultation unless it is a medical emergency.  Unpaid overdue accounts will be sent to a debt collecting agency with all costs incurred by the patient including legal fees.

Casual consultations (for patients who are not enrolled with our Practice)  must be paid before the consultation.
