Casual Patients: For reasons of clinical safety and good medical practice we do not see casual patients.
A safe place for all
It is important that our Medical Centre is always a safe, inclusive and welcoming place to visit and work. Incidents of unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated.
Unacceptable behaviour includes
● Any display of a violent temper, acting hostilely or aggressively
● Shouting or raising your voice, pointing fingers
● Threatening, intimidating, swearing, spitting
● Any mention or display of any object that could be used as a weapon
Patients will be warned if their behaviour is unacceptable and asked to stop. Where patients do not comply they will receive a BEHAVIOUR WARNING letter. Any further display of unacceptable behaviour will result in REMOVAL from the Practice list. Patients will be told exactly the nature of the unacceptable behaviour.
By enrolling at Dunedin Health Centre you agree to behave at all times in an acceptable manner, and understand that failure to do so may result in you being removed from our Practice list.
