COVID-19: We are at RED Alert.

To help keep everyone safe we are encourage phone consultations. Please be assured that every patient who needs to be seen will be brought into the Practice.  If we need to see you, for example for a dressing or an immunisation, or if during a phone appointment it is decided that you need to be seen in-person, your clinician will arrange a time for you to come in. If you are brought in after a discussion on the phone you will only be charged one fee.

If you do come into the Practice, we are operating green and red streams to help keep every well. If you are a red stream patient you will be asked to go to the side door of the Practice (next to the Dog Park) and ring the bell. Your clinician will meet you there, and you will have your consultation in that part of the Practice. Payment information for red stream patients will be texted or otherwise communicated to you and payment can be made online, or at a later date in person.

Every adult and young adult who comes into the Practice must

  • Wear a face mask (we can give you one if you don’t have one)

  • Sanitise your hands

  • Children who can manage a mask can be offered one – we have found our children’s masks are very popular, and it is a great way to start introducing your child to mask-wearing. Please ask if you don’t have a mask for your child but would like them to wear one while in the Practice.

We are experiencing large volumes of calls. Please be patient and kind to our staff.
